Ideal Carehomes is recruiting for up to 65 team members for a new care home that will launch later this year.

Kings Court, which will be Ideal Carehomes’ 35^th home, is recruiting for various positions, including care management, care assistants and kitchen, domestic and admin staff.

“Ideal Academy was founded with the idea that anyone can have a career in care. Somebody could start with us having no experience, on a starting salary of £22,000 per annum with paid breaks and can very quickly be fully trained to have a career with us through our internal management course, Ideal Futures.”

The new team will complete a thorough induction period before the home opens to provide residential and dementia care to up to 66 residents.

Kings Court is an EPC ‘A’ rated home. Through use of solar panels and ground source heat pump technology, it can be operated as a carbon free green home running without the use of gas.

Facilities include a cinema, an airy botanical room leading onto landscaped gardens, and a beauty parlour.
