Holmwood House buys Suffolk care home
Regional care home group Holmwood House Holdings has acquired Norwood House, a 59-bedroom specialist dementia care home in Saxmundham, Suffolk,
Norwood is registered for 71 residents and set on a site around four acres large. It has planning permission for 14 sheltered/extra-care dwellings, alongside its residents’ facilities. The outgoing owners, Gareth and Enid Nixon-Moss, will retire after the sale.
Holmwood is a family-run regional group in East Anglia. This is its fifth care home. Business property advisor Christie & Co advised on the sale.
