Greensleeves Care celebrates high ratings in customer satisfaction survey
A new customer satisfaction survey by Greensleeves Care has revealed the overwhelming majority of residents and families are happy with their care.
The 2023 Customer Experience Report found 93% of residents and 94% of relatives were happy with their care.
Additionally, 92% of relatives and visiting professionals felt consistently welcomed and supported in homes; 97% of residents were satisfied with how staff supported them; and 100% of visiting professionals said they would recommend Greensleeves Care.
Statements such as “I feel safe”, “I feel content”, and “I feel at home” were also among the most commonly selected answers by residents.
The feedback also helped the organisation identify areas where it could do better, including addressing perceptions on staffing levels and ensuring the activities’ provision continued to be consistently strong.
Julie Clarges, director of quality and compliance at Greensleeves Care, said: “We have an ethos of openness and transparency at Greensleeves Care, and we actively encourage our residents and their families to share questions, concerns and positive feedback throughout the year.
“Our annual survey allows us to dig a bit deeper, gather comparable data and identify any areas where we could do better. I am thrilled to see such overwhelmingly positive results, particularly after a year of continued challenges in the sector. It shows that our communities of care continue to be strong, and that both our colleagues’ skill and dedication, and the environments we build, continue to have a positive impact on our residents, families and visitors.”
