Kofi Mensah of Greenline Healthcare Group has purchased Frampton House, a care home in Frampton, Lincolnshire.

Frampton House is registered for up to 30 residents and occupies a Grade II listed, three-storey property that sits on two acres of land.

Edward Brooks of Leisure Care Homes has owned Frampton House for more than 20 years and decided to sell the business in order to retire.

Business property advisor Christie & Co facilitated the sale.

Frampton House was sold for an undisclosed price.
