Gold Care Homes acquires three homes

Gold Care Homes has acquired three additional homes: Norwood Green in Southall, Middlesex, Marlborough Court in Thamesmead, London and Murrayfield in Edmonton, London.

Norwood Green Care Home offers a range of personalised care service and provides social lounges, en suite bedrooms, landscaped gardens and a cinema.

Dipinder Sehgal, managing director of the central region for Gold Care Homes said: “This home makes a welcomed addition to our central portfolio and we are looking forward to working with the team to ensure a seamless transition into the Gold Care family.”

Murrayfield Care Home provides en suite accommodation for up to 74 adults, offering respite, nursing, dementia and palliative care services. It has social lounges, landscaped gardens and a shop.

Sam Cheekoory, manging director of the Hertfordshire region for Gold Care Homes said: “This acquisition is in line with our expansion plans and will help us continue to strengthen our provision of first-class care.”

Marlborough Court Care Home is a purpose-built home providing personalised care across respite, residential, nursing, dementia, and palliative care services. It has en suite accommodation for up to 78 adults and has social lounges, outdoor areas and an aviary.

Annette Peet, the home manager at Marlborough Court Care Home said: “We are excited at the opportunity to develop our care services in line with the Gold Care Homes’ standards and we look forward to providing our residents with the highest level of care.”

Law firm RWK Goodman advised Gold Care Homes on the acquisitions.

Gold Care Homes was founded in 1999 by two pharmacist brothers Ravi and Sukhi Gidar.
