Four Seasons Health Care  has won the Feefo Trusted Service Award 2023 in recognition of outstanding customer service.

The accreditation is based on the review platform’s analysis of feedback from verified reviews  from real customers. The Feefo Trusted Service Award 2023 is given to businesses that have collected at least 50 Feefo-verified reviews in 2022 with a service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4.

Four Seasons Health Care customers highlighted the support they received during the enquiry process which includes personalised show rounds, helpful information and commitment to providing individualised care.
