Exemplar Health Care has launched a new recruitment campaign focused on helping its service users achieve their dreams in 2024.

Members of the care group’s Service User Council, which comprises Ambassadors from each Exemplar Health Care home, provided valuable insights into their goals for the year, sparking the idea for the campaign. Ambassadors also featured in the advertising and social media graphics that support the campaign, sharing their 2024 goal and how new team members can help them achieve it.
