Exemplar Health Care has celebrated the 1^st anniversary of its Cheshire Springs care home in Ellesmere Port.

Colleagues, neighbours, residents and their families came together in the home’s garden for a summer party to enjoy music, a buffet and a delicious cake and decorated cupcakes. The staff who had been working at the home since the beginning were also recognised for their dedication and service with a generous anniversary keepsake of a Pandora bracelets or watches.

Alison Lancaster, home manager at Cheshire Springs, said: “We are very proud of what we have achieved in our first year. We have built a strong team of dedicated and compassionate colleagues who deliver high-quality care to our residents every day. We have also established positive relationships with local commissioners, health professionals and community groups who support us in our mission to make every day better for our residents. We look forward to celebrating many more milestones and achievements with them in the future.”

Having originally created 100 jobs when the home opened, Cheshire Spring is now looking to expand its team with people seeking to make a difference in the lives of residents.
