Excelcare’s Harlow-based Abbot Care Home has welcomed the first residents to its new luxury care suite.

The purpose-built Jubilee Suite has been designed to support people who live with dementia or require nursing care in a luxury and supportive environment.

The suite design aims to encourage people to maintain independence, with colourful pictorial signage displayed throughout, and large open spaces to ease access and navigation.

“This is a very exciting time for the people living and working at Abbot Care Home as we declare our new luxury care suite officially open. We are excited to be joined by the first residents and look forward to welcoming more people to experience life inside the Jubilee Suite,” said home manager, Ruth Halls.
