ivolve Group, formerly known as Envivo Group, has relaunched with a new larger family of social care providers in addition to its acquisition of Cavendish Care.

ivolve Care and Support has also integrated existing providers Heathcotes, New Directions and TLC Care and Support under the ivolve Group name, offering residential accommodation to 1,100 adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and associated complex care.

Cavendish will join the group to build on its 24-year presence in 16 locations in Surrey and Sussex.

Recognising its strong brand reputation in Wales, Fieldbay will continue to operate using its existing name as part of ivolve Group.

Tim Davies will serve as ivolve’s Group chief executive. The change also marks the appointment of three managing directors, Natalie McPherson, Lee Houghton and Stefano Rinaldi, who will oversee ivolve’s operations in their respective regions across England, and as partner to a combined 200 local authority and Integrated Commissioning Groups.

Davies said: “ivolve Group launches as a new business, which builds its foundations on the strong legacies of our providers in their respective regions.

“ivolve will build on our strong track record to continue building and nourishing relationships with the people we support, their families and friends. Moreover, we will continue to serve as a trusted partner to local authorities and Integrated Commissioning Groups.

“Our purpose is to support people to flourish in a place they call home. We put people first, and we will continue to develop by nourishing relationships with the people we support and by attracting and retaining the very best colleagues who can build a career with us.

“We’re one of the largest adult social care providers in the UK today, and we plan to keep growing. We’re on a mission to benefit more lives with uncompromising quality, care and support.

“This new way forward sets us apart as a stronger, larger-scale provider of adult social care, with a stable platform to invest in our future.”
