Coventry care home MHA Allesley Hall is celebrating after receiving the maximum rating on online review site Carehome.co.uk.

MHA Allesley Hall received an overall score of 10, calculated from the 55 reviews posted on the website by residents, family and friends.

Nadine Webster, home manager, said: “We are all very proud of the score and it’s all down to the hard work of everyone at the home. We have received some amazing feedback, from both residents and family members and it’s great to see the recognition for the hard work the staff do here.”

She added: “When we shared the news with residents they were very happy. It’s a great feeling, I have been home manager since 2020 and it’s the first time we have reached this score.

“We were very keen to get this score and made sure we tried to get as many reviews as possible. The aim was always to get the maximum score and now we have, we will make sure we do everything we can to maintain this.”

The home, run by national charity MHA, provides residential and nursing care for 44 residents.
