Luxury care provider Boutique Care Homes has appointed David Lobb as land director to support its continued growth.

Lobb joins the Boutique Care Homes team with over 30 years’ experience in land and property and has a unique specialism in purchasing new sites for the development of care homes and retirement schemes.

With an exciting pipeline of future developments at Boutique Care Homes, Lobb’s career spanning a wide range of companies and organisations, including serial entrepreneurs, private companies and family businesses, brings a breadth of knowledge and skills to support the ambitious growth of this highly acclaimed care provider.

Lobb joins a talented in-house land and development team who have since inception, developed and launched three award winning care homes across the Southeast of England: Chartwell House which opened in January 2023 and notably The Burlington & Brampton Manor – both of which feature in the Knight Frank Luxury Care Home Guide 2023.
