Boutique Care Homes acquires Canterbury home

Boutique Care Homes has acquired Connors House in Canterbury in an off-market acquisition from Rapport Housing & Care, which owned the freehold of the site.

Connors House will be redeveloped to offer 78 bedrooms across two storeys, a bistro, hobby room, interactive spaces, and landscaped gardens. The development will create more than 80 full-time jobs.

Ameet Kotecha, founder and managing director of Boutique Care Homes, said: “We are thrilled about the acquisition of Connors House. It underscores our mission to create a community of exceptional care homes in Kent, and we remain committed to enriching the lives of our residents through top-tier care services.”

With Connors House, Boutique Care Homes will have three homes in the Kent region including Chartwell House in Broadstairs, and the upcoming Martello Manor in Hythe.
