Aurem Care recognised for Armed Forces support
Aurem Care has been awarded Bronze certification by the Armed Forces Covenant, recognising its commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community.
The certification is part of the Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), which recognises employers who provide exceptional support to defence personnel and their families.
Aurem Care employs a number of former services personnel and aims to widen its reach to spouses and other relatives, including those looking to return to work, perhaps after a deployment overseas.
The Armed Forces Covenant represents a national promise to ensure that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, along with their families, are treated with fairness and respect in their communities, economy, and society.
The Employer Recognition Scheme acknowledges businesses that go above and beyond their Covenant pledges, offering a three-tier approach of Bronze, Silver, and Gold awards to celebrate different levels of commitment.
Leah Marsh, managing director of Aurem Care, said: “We are honoured to be recognised with the Bronze certification from the Armed Forces Covenant and look forward to earning our Silver and Gold awards.”
