Training provider Realise has appointed Victoria Field as head of business development in health and social care.

Realise partners with care organisations offering an array of accredited qualifications and apprenticeships from Level 2 to Level 5.

Field has experience within strategic business development and ran her own business organising networking events across Yorkshire. She went on to run an agency helping start-ups and SMEs with issues such as profitability and basic accounting.

Field said: “I had a few options but was sold by Realise’s overall values and the business’ focus on improving the lives of everyone it comes across.
