Aria Healthcare Group has acquired Surbiton, Surrey-headquartered Future Care Group, adding a further 18 homes to its portfolio.

The move expands Aria’s portfolio to 68 communities, and includes homes located in Hampshire, London, Malvern, Oxfordshire, Surbiton, Surrey, Sussex, West London, and Worcester.

The deal includes the purchase of the entire Future Care Group, and will see its 1,000 staff move to Aria Healthcare Group.

Future Care Group was advised by Colliers on the transaction.
