A care home comprising Tor Na Dee and Craig Court in Aberdeen is up for sale for a guide price of £17.155 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 6%.

The modern, self-contained purpose-built care home consists of 88 wetroom beds and two self-contained apartments.

The property is let to care operator Care UK. The lease has 18 years unexpired and has annual RPI rent reviews capped at 4%.

Commercial real estate agent Colliers has been instructed to sell the property by a private client.
