Kingsley Healthcare begins work on Buckinghamshire care home

Kingsley Healthcare has partnered with Midlands-based Deeley Construction on a 66-bed care home in Olney, Buckinghamshire.
Scheduled to open in spring 2024, Olney Meadows has been designed by award winning architects Condy Lofthouse.
The Olney care home, which is expected to generate over 100 well-paid jobs, marks the second project that Kingsley Healthcare has worked on with Deeley Construction, following the completion of Brackley Care Home in Northamptonshire in 2020.
Kingsley Healthcare’s chief development officer, Muj Malik, expressed pride in the innovative and aesthetically pleasing design that puts resident wellbeing at the forefront.
Kingsley chief executive, Daya Thayan, emphasised the company’s mission to deliver first-class care homes that truly reflect and benefit the communities they serve. In addition to Olney, Kingsley Healthcare plans to open boutique luxury facilities in Bedford and Holt, north Norfolk, and progress next-generation care home schemes in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, and Weymouth, Dorset.
Construction director at Deeley Construction, Steve Turner, expressed pleasure in strengthening their partnership with Kingsley Healthcare and their expertise in delivering high-quality care homes and Extra Care facilities.
The Olney care home is one of many next-generation new-build care homes that Kingsley Healthcare is planning to roll out as part of its Kingsley Vision 2025.
