Specialist care provider Exemplar Health Care is recruiting for over 100 positions for a Sunderland care home that is set to open this summer.

Hylton Grange, which will be Exemplar Health Care’s first care home in Sunderland, will support 30 adults living with complex and high acuity needs, including those with acquired brain injuries, mental health needs, dementia and physical disabilities.
