Millcroft care home in Redditch has received a 10 out of 10 rating on care home reviews website, carehome.co.uk

The reviews website rates care homes in 13 different categories, including staff, safety, food and drink, facilities and cleanliness.

“Since opening our doors last year, the kind words written about our home and staff by residents and their families have been truly heart-warming. We work hard as a team to exceed our residents’ and their families’ expectations and offer the very best person-centred care, so it is wonderful to receive such glowing feedback.”

One resident’s daughter said in a review: “Already her walking has improved, she is able to communicate much more effectively, and she has joined in with lots of activities. She seems to be eating well with freshly made, tasty food.

“She has a huge smile on her face most of the time. There is a lovely lounge/dining area, always things going on, cheerful, helpful, caring staff. Mum is only in her room to sleep, no time for afternoon naps!”

A resident at Millcroft added: “The home is lovely. The staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you, they really care for you and every need you have. The food is great, my bed is so comfy, it’s all just lovely jubbly!”
