Wallacea Living has revealed its debut two-bedroom penthouses at its integrated retirement living community (IRC) in Marylebone, London.

With prices from around £3.1 million, the six apartments are located on the top three floors of the IRC.

Paul Morgan, co-founder and chief executive of Wallacea Living, said: “Our vision goes beyond providing a comfortable space; it’s about creating an environment where individuals can have the time of their later life. Our aim is to redefine people’s expectations for retirement living. Retirement isn’t the time for slowing down. It’s the time to embrace new challenges, make new connections whilst maintaining existing networks, to put your health first and, ultimately, to have fun.

“Taking a proactive approach to wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do, from our vast array of on-site amenities, exciting events, and fitness and nutrition programmes – right through to the design of our homes.”

The penthouses include designer kitchens with natural stone worktops, floor-to-ceiling windows, stylish bathroom suites, hardwood floors, oak doors, an integrated audio system and outdoor spaces.

All apartment homeowners will have access to onsite facilities, including a swimming pool and sauna, gym, salon, boutique cinema, restaurant and orangery and a library, in addition to regular events.

Additionally, homeowners will be offered six-monthly wellbeing MOTs, alongside support for nutrition, exercise and relaxation.

Currently under construction within Berkeley’s West End Gate development, nestled between Little Venice and Paddington Green, Wallacea Living Marylebone is expected to welcome its first homeowners in spring 2026. For more information, click here.
