Swanton Care acquires disability support provider
Buy and build residential care and supported living specialist Swanton Care and Community has acquired Alina Disability Support which provides care and support for children and adults with learning disabilities and other complex care needs in their homes, be with family, in supported living accommodation, or living independently.
Alina Disability Support operates 11 branches across the South of England.
The acquisition is Swanton’s 14th since 2017 and marks the second in three months. Swanton is owned by private equity firm Apposite Capital.
