Claremont House and Lodge care home in Caister-on-Sea, Norfolk, part of the Healthcare Homes Group, has appointed Alison Fallowfield as manager.

Fallowfield has more than four decades of experience in healthcare and a background in nursing. She began her career in 1981 as an enrolled nurse and earned a degree in adult nursing and holds certifications in ophthalmology, dementia care, and mentorship.

Fallowfield said: “I’m excited to join the team at Claremont House. I truly enjoy working with residents and supporting both the staff and families to create a welcoming, caring and safe environment. My priority is to enhance the quality of life for everyone here by overseeing clinical excellence and focusing on the wellbeing of those we care for.”
