Healthcare Homes Group has appointed Ben Rogers as home manager of Saxlingham Hall Care Home in Norwich, a 34-bed facility providing residential, nursing, respite and palliative care.

Rogers has worked in the care sector since the age of 16 and has experience of various care settings, with a particular emphasis on caring for the elderly. Over the past 15 years, he has gained management experience, primarily as a troubleshooting manager, effectively leading and improving care homes to achieve better standards of care.

Rogers said: “I am looking forward to my time at Saxlingham Hall. The home, staff team and residents are all amazing. With the home having the potential to be a centre of excellence for nursing care.”
