Family-owned care group CHD Living has launched a complex care service to address the needs of people requiring specialised support.

The new service is an addition to CHD Living‘s existing portfolio of home care, care homes and rehabilitation centres.

The service aims to empower people with complex health needs to lead fulfilling lives while remaining in the comfort of their own homes. CHD Living, which is based in Surrey and Southwest London, will draw on a network of doctors, nurses, social workers, psychologists, therapists, and community support workers, who will contribute to a comprehensive care plan tailored to the individual patient’s needs.
