Home care provider Right at Home UK has been presented with the Princess Royal Training Award for its Train the Trainer programme.

The Princess Royal, president of the City and Guilds of London Institute, presented the award to Heather Graham, Right at Home UK learning and development officer.

The Train the Trainer programme is designed to train managers, senior carers and trainers with the skills, knowledge, and expertise to provide high-quality training to carers in their local offices.

Right at Home is one of just 53 organisations in the country to receive the Princess Royal Training Award, which celebrates organisations that have demonstrated exceptional commitment to skills development and made a positive impact through their training initiatives. The Princess Royal Training Award is accredited by the City & Guilds Foundation.

Graham said: “The Princess Royal Training Award serves as a validation of both my and Right at Home UK’s commitment to excellence, and to our ethos that fostering a culture of learning and development is absolutely key to unlocking the full potential of both individuals and businesses as a whole.”
