Home care provider Right at Home Solent & Southampton has been rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission for the second time.

The business has retained its CQC Outstanding rating from its first-ever inspection in 2018, following a review in December 2023.   

Only four percent of home care providers across England received an Outstanding grading last year.   

Right at Home Solent & Southampton achieved Outstanding in two out of five domains – Caring and Responsive – and was rated Good for being Safe, Well-led and Effective.
