New Care has appointed Darren Molyneux as registered home manager at Wilmslow Manor, its luxury 63-bed care facility in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

Molyneux joined New Care in 2018 as team leader and has since taken on the roles of head of care and deputy home manger, as well as achieving a diploma in Level 5 leadership and management in adult social care with distinction.

Molyneux said: “I am really proud of all that I have learnt and achieved at New Care and am even more passionate about my new role than ever before. Wilmslow Manor is a stunning care facility with an amazing team located in a beautiful setting, and I am looking forward to building strong relationships with the residents, their relatives and the staff.

“My ultimate aim is to work towards an Outstanding rating with the CQC for Wilmslow Manor’s first inspection; that would be an incredible achievement. And of course, I’d like all residents to continue living life to their full potential, enjoying the warmth, comfort and vibrant community that Wilmslow Manor offers.”
