Brent Cross Town retirement living properties granted planning permission
Brent Cross Town’s 148 retirement living properties for over 60s has been granted planning permission.
The units will be delivered by Audley Group and Senior Living Investment Partners (SLIP). They will be operated by Audley. The milestone follows continued investment and construction across Related Argent and Barnet Council’s new 180-acre, £8bn park town.
The homes will be the first in London to operate under Audley Group’s Mayfield Villages brand and the second ever to be developed in its portfolio. The brand aims to bring high quality retirement living to a wider audience while providing retirees with more lifestyle choices with 17,000 sq ft of amenities including a village hall, health and wellness centre, residents’ lounge, outdoor gardens and terraces.
Audley Group is the UK’s leading provider of Integrated Retirement Communities (IRCs) and SLIP is the £200 million partnership between specialist real estate investor Octopus Real Estate and Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC), a specialist insurer of defined benefit pension schemes.
